Every project begins with a conversation. Once we receive your enquiry, we'll review your ideas, requirements and supporting plans or image before discussing the project with you in more detail.
This initial conversation allows us to understand what your project and Santrywood are the right fit.
Form there, we'll prepare a clear proposal and quotation tailored to your project.

Design & Approval
Once your quotation has been accepted and the initial deposit received, we begin developing your project in detail.
We’ll refine the design, proportions, materials and finishes before preparing detailed drawings and visuals for your review.
This is a collaborative stage, allowing us to make any final adjustments and ensure every detail is considered before your project moves into manufacture.

In the Workshop
Once the design has been approved, work begins in our workshop.
Each piece is made specifically for you project, with close attention given to the details, materials and finish throughout the process

Finishing
Once the piece is made, we move into finishing where every surface and detail is checked, adjusted and signed off. Then

Installation
We confirm the install date to ensure minimum disruption while maintaining as little disruption to your home. The average installation is 2-3 days but you can expect anything from a single day for a small wardrobe, up to a week or more for complex builds.
